When I first started my journey I started at home! It's time to start your journey!! This is the first two weeks plan! This plan will help you with your gains and help you get in shape!  Do this at home workout for 5-6 days a week for effective results. 

This PDF is simply the indoor workout routine that I did prior to going to the gym to increase my gains. Each week the workout increases. Each Workout should be done 5-6 days a week! This is a 10 week guide made for gaining and getting in shape!

Keep in mind gym workouts will be more effective and everyone body is different. However, starting at home is a great foundation. I also recommend purchasing the gains plan on lwafitness.com that includes how I grew my booty + 30 gym booty workouts!
